It's water-based, meaning you don’t get the sticky texture that silicone-based lip gloss creates. The finished effect is clear and matte.
CAN I USE IT IF I HAVE LIP FILLERS?
If you want an even bigger lips, you sure can! It's still effective even if you have lip fillers. It will not react with your current fillers, and is completely safe to use.
